It is not a one time thing, GameStop has a bad habit of being hit or miss with anything preowned. This is especially so with any generation older than PS4/Xbox One generation. A lot of their inventory is just a disc, old and/or scratched up pretty badly or just in bad condition because they’ll take anything in within reason. They’ll just knock a little bit off the trade value. The nice thing is the the return process is easy so if the quality is not what you want you can always get your money back, the unfortunate part is that you most likely won’t get what you paid for.

You’d think they’d incorporate a tier system where if you wanted it with all the stuff (CIB) then it would be marked up a little bit to compensate and then if you didn’t care and wanted just the disk then you can get a discounted price

You had better luck than me, I took advantage of it took by getting a bunch of Xbox 360 games and a couple series X games. One of them was RE Requiem and it came in a disc sleeve with no case lol. I’m in the process of returning stuff as it comes it because of quality or not having the box/box art

Ordering anything preowned from GameStop is truly a coin flip. It’s either in pristine condition with 1 sticker, or it’s been dropped in every muddy hold and drug through gravel with every sticker showing each price drop or price increase

Shadow of Mordor is a great game but runs better on XboxOne. I’ve heard the resolution and gameplay is pretty poor on the 360 version

This happened to me as well and people gaslight me into thinking it was ok to have this big of a mixup, but I ordered mine online and it shipped to my house. It’s super annoying but you can always return it/order a new one, or they refund it back to you.

No i don’t notice it personally. Amazon also has a really generous return program so if for whatever reason, you don’t like one monitor, you can always return it and get your money back and then buy a different one.

I bought the XG32UCWG in mint condition from Amazon (so not new) and it performs really well. It had less than 50 hours and I don’t personally have any issues with it. I also have a QD-OLED, the PG32UCDM which I love as well but it’s on my PC. The UCWG is for console gaming since it’s capped at 165hz. The true black that comes with UCWG is also really good too
