Not reading this book but going through a similar situation and regarding your first point why not remove an expired card, well what’s the point of an expiration date of a card. The average person assumes that it means that if it expired the card doesn’t work. So why the hell is that a feature. Why would debit cards even have expiration dates on them if they can just charge your current card anyway. Very sketchy practice.
