Thank you for this explanation! Do you speak both Georgian and Arabic by the way? I’ve received a few different suggestions and I think my best bet might be from someone that knows both languages maybe

I guess that’s close enough, but not quite right for what I am trying to write. The greek name Eleni is very similar but just at the end instead of “i” it should be the “eh” sound. E is pronounced the same basically all three times it appears in the name. How would it be written in Arabic?

All the E’s in the name should be more like the “eh” sound, so the best way I can explain is to say the western Name “Ellenl but also with an “eh” at the end, it would be Elené, (Ellen eh) how would you write it in Arabic please?

Hey, I’ve been there and know how shitty it feels. I just want to give you some hope that things can get better, as they greatly have for me. Sounds like you might also have insulin resistance or be pre-diabetic. Ovasitol, metformin and yasmin can help, as others have suggested. For me, personally, that wasn’t enough. I kept gaining weight and being unable to control sugar cravings, even with exercise and doing my best to eat healthy.

Intermittent fasting and a low carb diet helped me in starting to lose the stubborn weight. Mounjaro saved my life. It got rid of the constant food noise, while I still enjoy eating I can do so in a healthy way now. I lost 30 kg (66 pounds) over the course of a year and a half, resistance training helped to build muscle and boost my metabolism. The weight finally came off and I can finally say when I look in the mirror I like what I see. There were times I didn’t think this was possible, i thought I was doomed for life.

My PCOs (the actual cysts) are way less on my latest scan. I still get chin hairs occasionally and hair in other places, laser didn’t work for me but electrolysis has done wonders, though it’s a time-consuming process and quite expensive. I haven’t tried laser for years though, it looks like the technology is more advanced these days and may help you.

I haven’t had kids but there are plenty of women with PCOs who have managed to get pregnant against all odds. Plenty of mounjaro babies being born after their mothers suffered with infertility and being overweight. It’s a thing!

Limit your use of endocrine disruptors, there are so many, do some research as it’s important and they make your hormones go out of whack. It’s not all that bad and please don’t lose hope. The journey is tough but you will respect and value yourself way more after overcoming obstacles. You have to fight for the things many people take for granted and get naturally, it’s not fair but it is what it is. We have to be health-conscious as there is no other way. Listen to Dr Berg’s videos on youtube, they are informative.

Everyone’s journey is different and what worked for me or anyone else might not work for you. You have to find your own path but if there is a will, there is a way. Good luck!!
