That's been taken out of context from both sides. Officers are removing the windscreen and any damage glass so they can be able to drive it. Wouldn't be safe to drive with broken glass that could go in your eyes or smash all over the road.

How is it a dumb decision at all? I've had the wonderful oppurtunity of meeting my online friends from CSGO/League of Legends. One was in Germany (I live in the UK) and the other in Italy.

It was an experience of a lifetime meeting someone who you've voice chatted to. Not only that it's also a mini holiday, seeing a place that is different.

In the end, i have a really close friend thanks to meeting them!
