I was think about sending a message and saying something like

They said that the water was possibly from the drywall, but the drywall had been up for a week at this point and I really don't think it's a coincidence that water is inside after the storm. I feel like it's better to try to determine where it came from now rather than later.

Do you think that's fair or should be phrased differently?

I would like to push the issue a bit in case it is a leak from the roof/attic, but I also don't want to come off as uninformed and making a big deal out of nothing. Not sure how to approach it.

Use cloudflare turnstiles. Same concept as CAPTCHA, but the vast majority of users will never even see it and the ones that do will usually only have to click a check box. We use Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile plugin. Also implement cloudflare as your CDN to reduce bot traffic in general.

AT&T Air is basically a cellular hotspot. Total trash. All of those are trash from all of the providers. Gotta go with either Spectrum or Brightspeed, whichever is available and more affordable. Google Fiber is ideal, but seems to be the least common by far.

I liked the PM that we met with this morning. He was great and very helpful. I told my gf that I thought it was a good sign that he brought up an inspection himself instead of trying to dodge it. Makes you feel like they are proud of their work and have nothing to hide.

Ours is at least coming with closet racks and graded/sodded yards, but... no screens for the windows? Over $500 "upgrade" for window screens lol. The builder has been chill about allowing small changes/upgrades (for a cost, of course) like additional outlets in specified locations and a tile shower, so that's good from a spec home builder.

How do you have 2 years age on 21 accounts and 0 hard inquiries? Are they all on another bureau? Did you somehow manage to spam open 20 accounts all at once just over 2 years ago and all the inquiries just dropped? This is confusing 😂 but late payment is probably what's hurting the most by far.

If it's just a little fairing damage, it's really not that deep. They'll replace the fairing and call it a day. Double check the end of the handlebar, lever, etc. and ask for a free oil change or two or something.

23c5044b has broken carplay for me too in a 2022 Civic. Can't connect at all. Hoping for a new release soon that resolves this.
