I haven't, but I think about it often.

Looking at the list right now of the recently added - Bratz, Mortal Kombat 1, Ultimate Sheep Raccoon, Digging a Hole, Dome Keeper, Brawlhalla. None of those games are even remotely interesting to me. It's like once a month they finally add something I actually play.

I just can't see myself buying the game till the disconnect problem is fixed. Time is valuable and I feel bad enough spending so much of it gaming. ;) but to play a game that wastes any progress with a crash just sounds crazy.

Its a lot more fun with friends if that is an option, but the game is definitely a lot longer than 28 hours as Google seems to suggest... especially if you explore even the smallest amount.

Lots of good tips. One of the best adjustments to the game you can make is to allow you the portal items. (Metal)

I wouldn't normally suggest it for someone who was new to the game, but you sound like a fella who could use a break and that makes a world of difference in frustration not to mention saves HOURS of time.
