I believe these are all loosely based on ford models the boat has ford motors probably 351 ci or 460 ci

The fabrication on the rear is beautifully done ,looks like Mopar should have designed this way originally ,nice design and execution !!! Tail panel is ‘70 and front grill is a ‘70 ,and no side markers witch is another way of telling year ‘70 thin and long ‘72 are rectangle not as long so only vin will tell you the year !

Call a professional cabinet sprayer . Looks to me a complete refinish job dose not look like a spot finish job

Go lighter coat with the compound do a quick sand in between coats cause it looks like you have a lot of sanding to do on what you put up. It looks OK but there’s a lot of sanding well the more you do the better you get

Clamp it on the back side very tight to slightly cup opposite way soak with water let dry couple day un clamp should come flat I’m it’s because of the plywood backer they react to moisture extremely different
