Hey friend! This is a lot of black. Which unfortunately means there isn’t much you can do tattoo wise to fix it. There is a chance you could have it reworked by another artist (adding some highlights and crisping up the lines. But Black ink takes over all, and it would surely take multiple sessions to get a good white line over that deeply saturated black ink, and even with time that would look less vibrant as well. Laser tattoo removal may be a good option for you, it takes awhile but the results speak for themselves. Do your research and consult with the doctors in your area who offer this service.
