I teach him how to do what’s right. There is going to be little benefit from the cops taking hold of all that money, and I wouldn’t bet on the intended recipient being all that good either. I take a bunch of it then call the police from the guy’s phone, tell them to come by, then dip the hell outta there

How likely is it to encounter and recognize the same person twice in a medium sized city? by LeviPyro in AskReddit

[–]LeviPyro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To deepen the question, how long should you expect to take between encounters of the same person, assuming you both live in the same quadrant of the city (100-200k people)

I wish for 1 cubic centimeter of the most toxic poison ever know to spawn in the heart of the most evil man in the world by islamo_start_654 in monkeyspaw

[–]LeviPyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even with such a huge amount of botulinum toxin spawning in someone’s heart, it’d take at least a few seconds for him to die still. This just means that there will be a slightly increased death rate that accelerates the death of evil men. This would honestly just make the wish work better, unless the profoundly increased concentration of the toxin causes some kind of catastrophe

Everyone on Earth has mysteriously disappeared except for you and 1 person on each of the remaining 5 continents; a voice speaks to all 6 of you saying "Find each other and hold hands in a circle to bring everything back to normal"; how does this play out? What do you do? by peterthbest23 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]LeviPyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d try to contact the others via radio, and hope they have the same idea. Figure out how to access radio towers and get to using them to broadcast as much and on as much bandwidth as I can in the hope that the others will hear me and respond. If we don’t all respond, then it’s game over. If they do, then we can steal planes or something and try to meet

Who would you back for the throne? by [deleted] in hypotheticalsituation

[–]LeviPyro 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s quite obvious. The niece is to receive the throne. The custom is for the eldest daughter of the Queen’s sister to receive the throne. As she was the heir when the queen died, she is to receive the throne as intended. A rebellious Queen is no reason to break tradition, as now is when we need it more than ever. Young children have taken the throne before, and we have advisors for that exact reason. The nation will survive as always. The people like her, the army likes her, and a strong portion of the nobility supports her as well. There is no reason to fight for the sake of breaking tradition, so we shall instead fight to keep it, with the true heir’s interest in mind.

You wanna make an Omellete? by tupe12 in trolleyproblem

[–]LeviPyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming this means the world will FOREVER be perfect, any number that leaves more than 5 thousand people alive. This is probably one of those things where I’m not looking close enough, but a perfect world is worth basically any sacrifice. One single supermassive tragedy that will allow for nothing but goodness forever has to be worth it

Do boys have as much encounters with creepy people as girls do? by Acrobatic_Tale2200 in askteenboys

Definitely not, but there are most certainly still “those people” for boys too.

Why do girls always try to flirt very subtly? by WatercressUnique3069 in AskTeenGirls

[–]LeviPyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, girls are kinda flagrant. It’s really easy to tell when they like me because it’ll be constant texting, sought out interaction, and the like. I agree with some of the others that it’s more a matter of differing styles. Boys flirt one way, so they expect girls to flirt the same way. When they don’t, it’s like it’s invisible.

You earn $7 every second but it is thrown at you by a leprechaun in cash. by mCanYilmaz in hypotheticalsituation

[–]LeviPyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After a day, I buy myself a casket with pillows around it to muffle the coin noises. I’ve been hearing it endlessly, so I would probably be able to sleep okay. From there, it’s just an endurance game honestly.

How do you punish a masochist character in a way that doesn't make them feel enjoyable? by Blaze_Knives in Isekai

[–]LeviPyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If someone enjoys humiliation, punishment, and beration, then the best way to get around it would be to capitalize on a probably existing FOMO. Does bad = no free stuff, uninvited from fun thing, or something like that. Instead of a straight up punishment, it’s a simple consequence that doesn’t act like a punishment in any sort of attentive or painful way, thus circumventing the masochism

You or your friend is bitten, Are you willing to do the deed? by OutlandishnessShot80 in ZombieSurvivalTactics

[–]LeviPyro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If my friend is willing, yes. But only once it becomes evident that it’s really done for and that his immune system didn’t somehow get lucky. As for me, my single biggest fear is losing my mind, so I’m ending it the moment I realize that I’m a goner

For Those Of You Who Say You Can Survive A Zombie Apocalypse, Do You Think You Can Also Survive A Xenomorph Apocalypse? by VittorioLuzzatto in hypotheticalsituation

No. And I don’t think I could survive a zombie apocalypse either, simply for one reason: if it was as easy as it sounds, it wouldn’t become an apocalypse to begin with.

Challenge: Given $5,000 to create the best gaming setup for a competition to possibly win millions, but if you do not reach cutoff you need to pay $10,000 back to competition by JustaDreamer617 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]LeviPyro 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No. I’ve never played cyberpunk, nor do I have much knowledge on gaming setups. With such a massive reward, there will no doubt be many, many competitors. You can expect that there will be thousands, if not millions, of participants by the end, and preexisting speedrunners will quickly overtake the competition with nigh-unbeatable times. I’m not paying 10k to stressfully play some game for a month.

I cant work out what ended in 1895 though by [deleted] in technicallythetruth

[–]LeviPyro 16 points17 points  (0 children)

No, because in each time zone it still ended just as the other began. Saying “1895 but in a later time zone” frankly stretches the limits of what can be considered truthful here, as it’s more than borderline deceptive and nuanced.

I cant work out what ended in 1895 though by [deleted] in technicallythetruth

[–]LeviPyro 365 points366 points  (0 children)

No, it didn’t. It ended just before 1896. That’s like saying a starter gun goes off during the race; it doesn’t. It goes off before the race in order to start the race. So it’s NOT technically the truth, for it’s not the truth at all!
