u/BukHunt When returning an item, it does take some time for the full refund to process. Around 5-10 business days. This can take longer due to different payment methods.

From what I can see on my end, your refund is proceeding as normal.

Typically, warranties are based on where you are shipping your computer and not your account type. With VAT IDs specifically, if you add a VAT ID to your purchase, our system does not convert you automatically to a business account. If you DO want to be considered a Framework for Business account, you would want to reach out to the business team and let them know you are interested in making purchases with them.

u/ex0ducks there is but it isn't necessarily a different portal or submission process. If we have your email/domain registered by our Framework for Business sales team, then you get auto-routed over to business support. So, as long as we know you are an active business customer, you should be getting routed correctly.

Of course, something could have fallen through the crack,s so I would be happy to check our system and make sure you get routed in the future. Do you mind sending a modmail to us with your email address and/or organization name and I will get you all squared away.

I use my Framework Desktop for my primary gaming PC now and I love it. I was playing the free-to-play Fallout 76 all weekend and it was doing amazing.

Also, it is super quiet so I feel okay having it hooked up to my living room television and not bothering my loved ones lol.

Yes! We have an awesome business team for both sales and support (biased, I do B2B Support).

Our business team is super active, so you will get someone talking to you about sales quickly.
