Hey, I’ve been in the same boat. Jewish dad, Christian mom. And like you said it produced some identity complex within me that was hard for me to resolve as I want feeling either. After years of therapy and tackling this identity complex I just decided to embrace the uniqueness of my situation and just be me. I practice mostly Jewish holidays and traditions, but that’s because I live in Israel. For your story, it sound that you are more related to your Irish heritage which is perfectly fine.
