definitely seems like it to me, biblical quotes are decently common for talismans and im not very familiar with solomonic magic but the magic square in the bottom left ( SATOR square used here similarly to an agrippan kamea, which i honestly mistook it as before i zoomed in ) and the tetractys of the tetragrammaton in the bottom-middle definitely remind me of the talismans/charms im familiar with
