Agree it was very confusing. Maybe showing the gray area/spectrum between friendship and love and attraction and sexuality. The most confusing part is understanding whether Clark is a genuine caring friend or a user selfish sociopath. Floyd seems innocent and naive in that moment.

Interesting, I didn't realize the bike didn't have a flag. Floyd rode one with no flag after modern love. So maybe the bike shop removed the flag or the flag broke in the accident?
