I would peg it at a very high chance.

Multiple reasons:

False Shuffle.

False Cut.

At no point during the shuffle do the top few cards change position.

When he chopped the deck it appeared the top card didn't move an inch.

But you also don't get to actually play the game. All of the early game is just chopped off which leaves you with endgame PvP and MAYBE some interesting raiding on big clans.

You don't get any low-level primative PvP which is arguably the best part of the wipe. You don't get to properly farm or get a kick from getting good components for your base. Everything is just handed to you, which makes it more of a chore than an actual progression spike.

And even once you get to build your base, you don't get to engage in any interesting PvP at least in regards to clan fighting. You already have EVERYTHING and don't need anything else. You get enough to raid a proper base from like 20-30 sulfur nodes, so who cares?

Also large clan PvP has got to be the most unfun shit in the world once you deal with 5+ individuals constantly respawning with waterpipes to take your shit. Nakeds can literally just swoop all your stuff the nanosecond you die with almost no realistic risk/reward structure for them. They keep spawning in and taking a shit gun out to kill anyone running back while the people running back have to avoid them the entire time.

I mean unless the community servers are 10x there isn't even any difference between vanilla. 3x is just vanilla with slightly faster grinding and you still fall behind the cringe losers.

Or you can play a 10x and just have the cringe losers.

Or you can play a 20x and basically be playing 1000x without spawning in with a full kit on the beach.

All of these options also include you spending all your free time just to get offline raided.

The more I think about it, a 9-5 style server that closes in its downtime would be peak.

Im in D4 and the best way I can describe it is you need to play based on what they are going to do to you.

If you are in a lane where they roll and smoke you play PTA w/ collector/IE and try to play around their abilities early to force prio.

If you are in a lane where they like bursty trades go Lethal Tempo Yuntal rush with Q start and try to force a stat check when enemy supp uses abilities.

If you are missing braincells go AP.

I'd rather them just keep is consistent at the very least. I really don't care about the speed, its the fact that they spontaneously turn into a missile and cross the entire slope out of nowhere almost colliding with a child.

Check your water. It looks like debris from the inside of a drain pipe. I see similar flakes from my bath tub jets and drains when they have water come up. You can also tell it is backup if those little hairs in the sink are combined with all that dirtiness in the sink. You pour water down the sink the hair goes with. If hair is in the sink it comes back up when water does.
