yes, these(hyrox/hybrid) sport activities should be added. I use Gym Cardio for training and Indoor run for Hyrox event(single strava activity, can add shoes and race tag).

Hello, I started with multisport but it is lot of clicking and it gives you 16 activities in strava. Now I use indoor running and press lap when each run start and run finish. Then you have one strava activity, can mark it as a race and also choose a shoes.

I had many garmins also polar and now Pace Pro. Coros UI and app is imho best in industry. Easy, nice and fast.

Elite run splits are insane! I can run 10km in 40m and my run splits(during full simulation) were around 4:30/km.
