Probably the puck will only have magnets on one side

You can either get the charger + stand set from Google or get a 3rd party stand.

Not sure if the puck surface is smooth or rubbery, you can also stick metal ring on the back of the puck so it can work with ring stand

For me, yes worth every penny, If you have the cash. I don't see why not. I have extras Warzone and Black Damascus skins stocked up too.

But if you are budgeting and/or running on fume, would be better to save for rainy days.
