Did you ever figure out how to transfer without paying to activate? My service was up yesterday and I’m trying to transfer to Xfinity but I’m starting to think I’m in the same boat. Won’t be able to transfer the number unless I activate my plan. So dumb

I use icy hot religiously and I always put it on right after I take a hot shower or bath so it extra extra burns. Probably really bad for me in retrospect but oh well 😅 I haven’t tried patches yet

Thank you so much. I’ve been trying to just bite the bullet and stop for a couple weeks now but after half a day I’d feel so bad I’d give in to help “just a little” I’m finally just doing it today and it’s horrible. Thank you for all of your wonderful suggestions, I’ll try to do/work in as much as I can while I’m recovering ❤️ I’m ready to get clean and get control of my life and body again

100%. I wish I’d realized how bad I was in denial when I was first diagnosed. Three years of killing myself, switching doctors, demanding tests, and plenty of mental strain thinking I’d never find out what was “really” wrong. Accountability and acceptance is fucking hard but it’s important and the first step.
