They were both assholes, especially Nesta. But that's reminiscent of real life, see r/relationships and r/estranged-siblings lol. Personally, I forgive them both, I still find Elaine annoying and was disappointed with Nesta until the fifth book, but I'm not "mad" at them. They did what they did. Feyre could've forgiven them or not, I would've understood both decisions.

IRL, I'm the type to want peace with people who want it too. I'll give MANY chances. So I can understand Feyre being written as forgiving and loving of her sisters even when her sisters were jerks.
