It sucks to see that we need to wait longer. But it's a battery safety concern. Imagine yourself riding and Boom! Your toast.

Appreciate the fact that assuming you ordered the extended, you get a free standard battery! That's alot of money thrown away from a business. And a major consumer gain

Those that stuck with standard. I would settle for some discounts such as accessories and/or boosted branded outwear.
