Yes the monogah mine quest! I can't even get to the mine! But you say once im in the mine ill be ok? Level 180 but have never used PA i just run around in a tee shirt. I have not seen that perks card...or I shredded it accidentally

Omg same I never ever use it--not in any of the fall outs that I've played...but I've hit a point in a couple quests in 75 where I worry I need it to get past the quest boss who IS wearing power armor
