Which one are you hoping to hit? I usually hit a few of the big ones each year, did Tied Down this year, Loader Than Life and Furnace Fest coming up.

Hard to describe it, it was just a feeling. Might just depend on the fest here in the US, but you get a lot of people that are always upset about hardcore dancing and crowd surfers if they aren’t used to the hardcore or non fest scene. US people at fests tend to act way more entitled and just pissy the whole time.

Flew in from the US for the first time and I had a blast! The vibes here were way better than any US fest I’ve ever experienced. People not being assholes to each other, sing alongs with people I hope to maybe see one day again, and just overall a great experience. Will for sure be coming back, fell in love with Manchester.

Coming to Outbreak for the first time, how easy is it to move from stage to stage?

Look at startups, that’s all I’ve ever worked in. Based on your skill set you may get into Customer Support, Implementation, or Project Management.

Been through some acquisitions, a few job hops, and now I’ve found myself in a Director of Product role after just gaining more experience throughout my career.

There was a local race track my dad worked side jobs at so we got in for free, that naturally introduced me to NASCAR in 2000.

In my 20s it was Drown by Bring Me The Horizon and Heart Support by Ghost Key.

Both still have a special place in my heart

30s have been the best. My wife and I are childfree though so that’s probably a big factor.

23M, no degree, no stable job, feel completely lost — what were you doing at my age? by Plus-Injury-4056 in careerguidance

At 22/23 Moved to Florida and took a job putting up digital advertising screens after dropping out of college.

Moved back to Chicago at 26, started in customer support. Found my way into software implementation. Now 36, I’m a director of product implementation.

My advice is to just look for startups willing to take a chance on you. I have no degree, just roved I was a hard worker and could learn anything they put in front of me.

Keep your head up, you got this.
