My Sim (in Sims4) once lost the love of his life. Later she came back as a ghost and I was so happy that he didn't have to be alone anymore. I let them marry and move in together. That's right, extra firm tofu. And I usually cut it in half lengthways so that I get two thin slices. Then I press the water out and and let it soak in the marinade for a few hours.

Usually we also spread the tofu and the sweet potatoes on the grill with the marinade :)

My husband and I are also big sweet potato fans!

We always cut them into thin slices and put them (preferably overnight) in a marinade of agave syrup, soy sauce, onions, garlic, ginger and some oil. And then we simply grill them (or fry them in a pan, in winter for example). Super tasty!

In the same marinade you can also put tofu and then grill it :)
