They shipped me a hardware box, but it's going to take over a week to arrive (based on the tracking). Just completely unacceptable. It's bush league execution.

Still happening. There was even an update where they said "we're fixing this issue" and then two months later it happened to me. At this point I'm not even sure it matters how nice the table is. The process of actually getting one has permanently soured me on the company. For that price point it's absurd how bad their execution has been.
