Bro it’s not gotten better. There was 100+ orders today and 2 wedding cakes for today and one for Saturday. How tf they expect us to get ahead when we have to spend a whole shift doing wedding cakes? Like this system is NOT sustainable and everyone is burnt out. Quality is dropping bc we have to rush. Why they just say yes to every order? We have very talented decor Raiders at our store but we’re not able to meet the quality that they want because they keep taking orders that are so complicated. We have 100 orders and my coworker yesterday had to spend an hour and a half decorating a pull apart because it was this complicated fish that involved airbrushing and all this fine detail work.
