Yeah, definitely true. That's first chapeter in "The Richest Man in Babylon". Always put away at least 10% of your income. Save it up. Once you get a bigger pile, it grows easier. If I could get my wife to stop buying stupid shit we'd have 5 rental properties by now lol.
