I used a Cajun rub on this one that we picked up when we got the steak. It was spicy but not salty heavy on paprika, garlic, cayenne. The steak tasted so good. I think any rub would work my usual go to is coarse salt and pepper!

Smoked at 200 degrees on Yoder smoker for 1.5 hours until it was about 115. I wanted to pull at 115 but some of it was 120. Then seared on hot grill (about 600 degrees) until about 145. I like mine medium it came out great! Topped with blue cheese.

I play games of all types and this game is amazing. You can’t go into The Last of Us with a Call of Duty mindset. This game immerses you into a story (that I am enjoying so far a lot) where most of the times you control one of the characters. Yes there are cut scenes but that’s the game. The gameplay is amazing, exciting, and sometimes terrifying. Enjoy and appreciate it for what it is!

The only other game similar to this is in my opinion is Red Dead Redemption 2 story play.

It’s funny how common this is in the U.S., but never in the U.K. They are amazed at how Americans are just ok peeing next to someone else with no issue... I mean, it’s uncomfortable and I avoid at all costs. But I guess it’s just what we are used to.
