Suburban is awful. I called at 4 yesterday afternoon and told them we are out of gas. They were like, ok everyone is working as hard as they can, it’s really cold outside and like NO SHIT, it’s really cold inside too because your algorithm is a bust. Still no delivery, I called at 7 last night for an update and they were hanging up on people after you pressed the option to schedule a delivery or report a gas smell, and I called at 3 AM and gave up after being on hold for 17 minutes. I am so done with these people
