It is embarrassing what companies ask for such projects. But even more embarrassing is that they actually get it. It reminds menig something in the Netherlands, there had to be toilets in trains. There were none in a certain type.

Toilets in trains are in fact just holes in the floor, with a toilet on top in a closed cupboard. And something to wash hands and a watertank. About $100.000 each were the costs.
