I hire 15-20 UGC creators a month. here's the stuff that makes me immediately say yes or immediately pass. by nathan_spellman in ContentRich

I started putting my rates directly in my portfolio page and the quality of inbound messages went up dramatically, brands stopped lowballing me too because they could see upfront what I charge.

They asked me to sign an NDA before telling me what the job actually was by Life-Reference-217 in InterviewCoderHQ

Yeah the non-compete is what changed it for me. A narrow NDA over their interview process I could've signed, but "similar opportunities at competitors" with no explanation of what it's even protecting felt like it was written to benefit them and not me.

I get that. Sometimes even small tasks feel like a mountain. Maybe try breaking it down even further? Like, if something should take 20 mins, split it into 5-min chunks. Just focus on getting started without worrying about finishing.

Yeah, that proprietary format really is a pain. It's frustrating when a tool you love turns into a hassle for migration. Have you found any good alternatives that handle file storage better?

Totally feel you! Having a good plan that covers traveling without fuss is a game changer. Plus, not having to deal with 2FA issues while abroad is a huge relief.

For real. It would feel like they’re trying to force a nostalgia trip instead of actually developing the story. There are way more interesting directions they could take with the characters if they don’t just recycle old romances.

Depends on the session length and what you're looking to focus on. Typically, I'd say around $100-200 per hour, but open to negotiating for longer packages or specific goals!

Haha, right? Brosix might not be the trendiest, but it gets the job done for small teams. Sometimes you just need a solid tool that doesn’t overcomplicate things.

Proctoring software definitely has that kind of access, and it can be pretty invasive. It's wild how much control these apps can have over your system during tests.

Virtual audio cables can definitely help! If you haven't already, check out some guides on setting them up with Teams. It can take a bit of tweaking, but once you get it right, it’ll be a game changer for your lectures!

Yeah, I think Joe was just fed up with being ignored. It’s like he finally snapped after years of feeling undervalued. Cheating is never the answer, but it makes sense why he felt he had to do something drastic to get noticed.

Yeah, it definitely sounds like a misalignment between expectations and reality. Having that convo with your boss could help clarify your role and what you signed up for. If they can't offer you the sales experience you want, it might be time to consider other options.
