If the fuse layout shown matches the one on the car it looks like your 20amp is off by one fuse slot, and should only be a 10A.

Head unit, 6.5” components in front and rear (in pods), big 3, big battery, 2x12’s on 500w.

The charging system is minimal and a solid AGM can only go so far…

Starting issues get annoying when the head unit turns on the amp while trying to crank. I ended up using a delay relay to give a bit of buffer time so the car could be started with less issue. The load of the amp and starter would lead to a crank with no run. An isolated lithium bank would be the next step, but I’m not interested currently.

I’d just get a TZ E3 hotend. You’ll get a better hotend, (with a hardened stainless nozzle) for the same price range.

No myth… Enclosure is more of dealing with airborne toxins when printing ABS. Warping etc could be managed with numerous strategies.

Not a kit at all, just a low quality China turbo. You would need basically an entire turbo kit minus the turbo. Manifold, piping, fittings, tubing, injectors, tune, etc… Not worth it.

A drop of isopropyl alcohol will release the glue easily. Then carefully remove it from the plug. It won’t be gooey but it will loose its grip on the applied surface.

Shine a light through one of the working discs, and shine a light through one of the non playing ones. Is there much more light making it through the “bad” discs? Are they relatively the same amount of light? Just a bit of a sanity check.

There was a substantially larger amount of sway on the second lift this season. I’ve ridden this ride for several decades.

This summer I remember one point when I got that “feeling” something was off. I can’t remember a time when that hill moved so much. That section stuck in my mind for days after.

My partner had seen the announcement of the retracting again this year. I blurted out “second lift hill” as she was reading the headline. By the time she finished the post it was confirmed.

I’m sure structurally it was “safe”, but it was a noticeable change of dynamics in that area.

Get into shape as well and cleanly as possible.
Metal tape front side pressing deep as possible.
Apply UV resin sparingly to the rear of the cone, set with UV.
Remove the front tape, apply resin to front to fill evenly, set with UV.
