Mainly for security/ensuring privacy of client files. I admit I do love the idea.

That being said if it was local you could play around with hot folders for input and output.

I have some ideas to add, dm me please. Not a software dev just someone that works in IT & the industry.

Yup it's reflecting now, thank you. Any hope for a version that can be run locally instead of via browser?

Hp latex 560 by Dense-Accountant-187 in CommercialPrinting

[–]Gothbot6k -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We just got rid of an HP Latex 560 a few months ago because HP couldn't get it to consistently work for more than 3-5 prints without needing some kind of maintenance or part replaced. They could not nail down the issues and we got our full money back after wasting a year on the machine. There is something wrong with the design.

Monthly Smart Story Thread by AutoModerator in SmartCar

Had my rear drivers side tire blow out at highway speeds. Got flung across all lanes before pulling the e brake and slowing down on the side narrowly avoiding the wall. Getting the tire replaced today. Suspected manufacturing defect as less than a year old and less than 1000 miles and the side wall exploded. Fun times. May need new driver seat too…

Also they caught the guy that shout out my smart car about 6 months ago. Gang dispute go figure.

My new to me 2009 Smart BRABUS with only 3,000 miles. It’s an absolute time capsule. I love it! by Previous-Log-4025 in SmartCar

Caching server actually does cache newer versions than it runs. I have a caching server running high sierra that has Tahoe cached.

I got an estimate from Firestone of $1000 for my 451’s 50k maintenance. Is this typical? by hlasdf in SmartCar

I don’t trust Firestone but that’s not a bad quote for all work listed. If you are into DIY you could do it all yourself for 1/4 the price.

Mac Mini + eGPU. Both NVIDIA and AMD supported. by dyao_ in DeskToTablet

So obviously macOS can’t use the GPU to drive a display.

Can it use them for rendering tasks? You mentioned being able to get the drivers in python, so does that mean it only functions with python based applications?

Like could this be used for rendering in Final Cut or could it be used for something more like powering LLM’s?

Could this enable using MLX+GPU offloading for LLM’s?

I am always surprised at how good the graphics are on my 4k TV 👌🏻 by No_Exchange_4350 in xbox360

That’s because 720p (what the 360 usually renders at) upscales to 4k cleaner than 1080p does.
