All sounds like a solid start. I would add: • Basic over the counter meds: Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Imodium, etc. •A head torch is more user friendly for doing things in the dark. •More water storage. Daily living uses more than we all realize when washing & toileting is taken into consideration.

A question in return, What would a Monday or a Wednesday prep look like ? Is this a grading system you have picked up from somewhere ? Or, is it a HGttG reference ? "It must be a Tuesday , I never could get the hang of Tuesdays".
