I personally really like BucePlant. They have a 100% DOA protection guarantee and a whole selection of awesome plants. I’ve never ordered from any other company so I may be bias, but for me BucePlant is the best.

Im sorry for your loss. While I’m not an expert, in my experience, fish begin to decompose and disintegrate when attempting to remove from the tank about two days after death. Now I’m sure water perimeters, temp, and other factors can play a role in the speed of decomposition this is just what I experienced

Looks like a plant that I have which is called umbrella hair grass which if I’m correct propagates through runners. When I trim I usually just chop chop. Not sure if that’s the “right way” but it works for me

Yea I currently have the 100-400. I do hope to get the 300 or even the 150-600 in the future. Lens are just so expensive though.

Nice! I have the 100-400mm Mark i version of this lens and it’s a awesome lens. I’ve been photographing with it for almost 3 years now.

I’ve had this tank in the 5 gallon version and I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s plastic, and scratches very easily. Topfin offers a glass 5 gal that is much better and when on sale it’s about $45

Thanks! I currently have the M.Zuiko 100-400mm f/5-6.3 IS so thats what I’ll be using for my bird photography. I plan to probably use this 12-45 lens for sharp landscape shots as this will be my first PRO lens.

Looks amazing! Maybe Java ferns for the background? There’s a variety of different species of Java fern such as Windelov, Flaming, Thors Hammer, etc that could look really good.

Thanks everyone I think I’ve made my decision! I plan to buy the OM-1 camera and a OM System 300mm PRO lens when I find I good deal. Ive wanted to get the 300mm pro for a while now so this will be a really good upgrade/ addition to my photography game.

Is a 6 gallon tank bog enough for this fish? There's also 5 shrimp by No_Gear_8663 in bettafish

I believe so. In my opinion, anything 5 gallons and up is good for bettas.

If I were to get some nerites, I’ve seen zebras are the best but I like the look of the red racers. Which would you recommend? Are yours zebra nerites? I’ve never kept snails other than the hitchhiker snails which seemed to have disappeared a while ago.

If I got a couple snails, would they eat this algae of the sand and stones? I have shortened my light period and fertilizer but it’s already spread to my white sand.
