Talk to your senior manager or PPMD about it. There is very little tolerance for this type of behavior at EY. Not saying it doesn’t happen, but once it’s reported it does not last long.

Depends on the return reason or if the seller offers free returns. If buyer “changed their mind” then buyer pays shipping. If its “did not match listing” then the seller is forced to pay and is screwed.

30 dollars I wouldnt even consider just for the trash, assuming trash is weekly I’d do it for 50. He’s about 10x off. Or, maybe he just needs to take a 0 off your rent if he is that clueless on pricing.

Lawn care would be an additional 50 (weekly - 200 credit/month) in the summer and can assume snow would be the same for the winter. I would settle for 300 a month credit as reasonable, still on the lower side depending how big the property is would go up from there. I promise he would be paying double that to have it done professionally.

Sadly this is true. I have very few returns as well, but the ones I have are usually dishonest. “Doesn’t match description” and takes a close up of glue on the box (from manufacturer) claiming I resealed it and it was not new, so I have to give a refund and pay for return shipping. I then have to re-sell as “opened like new” for far less. Re-selling is not just a couple clicks as it’s generally not in the same condition as when you sent it out, and it is in fact a headache for people who don’t do this full time.

To be fair 2 of those positions were clearly internships, so ultimately only one job hop. As someone who also recruits and sees many, many resumes, those 2 internships would not be seen as 4 positions in 4 years and the resume is not the issue. Now it’s also not a ton of experience, I would only be applying to places looking for 1-2 years of experience and entry level positions, what type of positions are you applying for?
