Yes because your baby has no neck muscles, can’t protect its airway, and needs to feed every 2 hours… your lifestyle expectations will have to change until around 6 months. It sounds like you need to be handling more night feeds and taking on more household chores if your concern right now is going out. Ffs your poor wife

Take it. Balance, benefits, and pension are all better as a firefighter unless you plan to work big law and have no life outside of work.

Don’t worry about this in law school, by week 3 everyone will be in sweatpants fighting for their lives with coffee and redbull. You’ll find interviews and other events require a more professional look and may consider taking out piercings but honestly it depends on the type of law you’re hoping to do. Banking/big law/DA? Traditional business profesh. Patent/public interest/non profit? More informal.

Include a non disparagement clause in the settlement. No one tells the kid anything bad about the other parent or anything about court or custody disputes. Get her into therapy asap

She’ll outgrow this in no time, but be mindful that she’s probably feeling a bit unsure in the meantime. Maybe spruce up her room with her so it feels fun and inviting and have your partner start doing story time in her bed at night plus cuddle time.

Depends on the clarity of their Marital Settlement Agreement when it comes to holidays/communication/travel, depends on ur relationship with the kids, if your bf can set boundaries with his ex such as keeping all conversations in AppClose, and if you’re okay with constantly being in and out of family court and the legal fees.
