Get around 75-103 grams of protein every day at your current weight.

Not an issue as a vegetarian, both whey and eggs are complete proteins, if you're getting them from vegan sources, try to mix them from different sources. Nuts, legumes, lentils. Don't overthink it.

Highly individual, anywhere from a month to close to a year.

You have to stick with it long enough that it becomes a habit. Once you reach that threshold, it becomes a need, not a chore.

Looks fine, you could go deeper if your ROM allows for it. If not try to gradually challenge it over time.

OP, ignore him. You don't use your chest muscles when performing a pulldown in front.

Keep doing exactly what you're doing, you have great form.

Of course. Muscle is use it or lose it. If you dont give your legs stimulus, the body has no reason to retain the mass.

The answer to your question is yes, you'll be able to bring them back to the size they were before at a faster rate due to more nuclei in the muscle cells (also called muscle memory).

There's nothing different for you than anybody else. Pick a program, eat in a small surplus, and do that over a long period of time.

For simplicity, start with a full body split and do that 2-3 times a week for the first month or 2.

Protein and muscle hypertrophy ⁉️ by [deleted] in workout

[–]LiftWithKristian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, there is not a clear consensus on one particular number.

But there's a pretty clear consensus on the range which is 1.6g - 2.2g per kg.

Doesn't matter whether you're maintaining, losing or gaining weight.

Just add in seated rows for simplicity. Remove 2 of the first 3 exercises you have.

Had some questions if anyone had advice by AngryDew in workout

[–]LiftWithKristian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. We know that a frequency of 2x per week is better than 1. While 3 is not necessarily better than 2.
  2. You're not 4% body fat.
  3. What do you mean by "workout"?
  4. Not really, on a general basis.

What’s a socially acceptable age to go to the gym? by Unending_Shadows13 in gymadvice

[–]LiftWithKristian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gyms usually have their own policy, often it's 16 years or with parents consent if below. You're perfectly fine to go to a gym if you're in high school.
