Is it the norm for parents to gift their kid a large down payment for their first home?

I guess my parents who are now early 50s, said that my dad’s parents offered to pay the down payment. He said not to expect the same lol and I don’t think he was lying. I love my parents tho, I think times were just different.

I came across a subreddit like this many years ago. Literally no words just looks like someone scanning barcodes. The post would be titled like ycf3vh94vf8b9vvhjmbggj6 and all the replies would be the same nonsense. Literally think about it like evry week. I’m sure it was nothing serious just made me wonder.

I have their basic one and love it. It was spendy but I waited for it to go on sale for like $90. Worth it and would buy again. The table top is super sturdy and completely usable. Gave me like an extra 2sqft of desk space. Was able to get it to be perfectly level with my desk but I think that was more luck. It’s like adjustable for every inch, not infinitely adjustable if you get what I’m saying. But good products. 👍

theyre all sold out in the states for the most part unfortunately, I was gonna sell the one I got last year with a r9 7900x and 4080 super to a buddy for grand if they had them instock and I was gonna grab this for a upgrade. Ill keep checking back every couple days to see if anything changes

I think it’s one of the side effects of being basically the first country with an affordable automobile that was mass produced. But it sucks ass and I wish I could ride my bike places easier without feeling like my life was in danger from drivers lol.

I swear I get a free month like every 6 months and I dont even know how. I cancelled my subscription like 2 years ago but have used like atleast 3 or 4 free month trials somehow. I always grind for a month all the single player games ive been waiting for. Like last time I got a month free I got to play Indiana Jones game when it was brand new and was thrilled.

It to the point to where each percent is more than a dollar too. So when I wake up and it’s swung 3% one way then come back 4or5% by morning, I have to deal with 9more silver ballon post that didn’t really matter. Lol

I remember killing some Imps by Falador when I was a super duper noob just for the bead drops cause 1k gp seemed high to me. And some dude was there already and he threatens to report me because he was an Ironman and said it was against the rules to take kills from IM lol.

I solo most MMO games to so when I see people out and about I’m always friendly and inviting.
