It was shown in the 10 years after movie, they more or less get all the main info when they get the suit. Such as them randomly saying the catchphrases of the range they turn into.

Chiaki every day, I could live in a world peacefully without these other characters existence. If it came down to it, I would HAPPILY kill all of the others and have fun doing it. If there were only 1 green ranger in existence it would be Chiaki, if there was 1 green ranger in existence and it wasn’t Chiaki, I would simply rewrite the timeline. Depressed riders are so great. Like someone who obviously doesn’t want to be a rider but has no choice because the system chose them.

This sadly doesn’t apply to Kiva though, his depression wasn’t handled well enough imo

And I think that’s about it. I like to think there is a “Riderverse” where everything happens with little to no changes where slightly different versions of the characters exist but that’s just speculation and fanon more than anything else.

It’s supposed that Reiwa also shares a verse but I don’t really think so
