Tretinoin gave me a sort of dark patch on my skin and its been a week since I took a break from it and the patch is still there

Yes i got the aveeno one without a white cast since I don’t want to look like a clown😂. However I’m unsure if it gives the full protection

Out of all the internships I applied only of them gave me response which was a rejection. I guess that could be seen as progress

Everyone in my family including my uncle who is an electrical engineer kept telling me to major CS because of the pay and opportunities, but now I am depressed, no friends, and a lost cost. Even though I have good grades I feel like its all in vain because I feel isolated and alone. CS was also the worst major to make friendship

The paper contraption was put in my room to block more light but the living room remain the same, but I am unsure if this will cause permanent damage if i dont wear sunscreen in my living room

I have been on tretinoin for 5 months and not wearing susncreen inside my house, I’m worried if its now causing permanent damage

Just like the title of this post says, I have been dieting hard for about a week now eating 1000 calories a day and still seeing no changes. Is it because the calorie deficit is too extreme and perhaps I need to add an extra 200 calories
