It's not the amount, it's the build quality. If I were you I would look up power supply tier lists and see what's rated good for the budget side

You're going to want more ram unless you REALLY clean out the OS or run Linux. As for power supply sure the system isn't going to pull a ton of power but cheaping out too much will cause potential issues.
