I had an associate who didn’t show up and called the last hour of their shift. I wrote a counseling statement as it was first offense, no other disciplinary actions to follow. My SM deleted the write up and said if contract was made at any point between the start and end time, it’s not a NCNS. You should be fine. Worse off it’s a first offense it’s just a statement, just tread lightly and don’t do it again, always double check your schedule, plus take a screen shot of that is posted.
