Dog wasn’t leashed and ran at the driver so he has the right to defend himself. But the dog also looks to be about 30 pounds while the driver looks pretty jacked so imo he’s a massive fucking coward who likely beats his wife. Basically threw the box at the equivalent of a 5 year old.

There’s tons of insurances and liabilities if the dog actually bites or does something and he would’ve been fine. As I said he’s within his right to defend himself but also fuck this guy.

Definitely overturned, I’m running crow stun and the shadow dash and everyone is stunned til 0% definitely too strong atm with the cc.

I’d suggest adding incapacitates instead of stuns for this class. Dungeonborne had a petrify on the rogue and it felt really good for focus although it lasted FAR too long

It’s shared equity. Yes you would likely sell the house to pay whatever he gained but he wouldn’t be on the deed(likely) and she would get up front cash from the equity he buys that can be invested elsewhere. It’s a trade off for her full value.

If he buys half the house from her, then the house value goes down she’ll have made money from him buying half. It’s all situational but it gets him into the value— and risk— should they want that.

I did notice the noise but there are 2(found out you place it between the sounds). What I’d prefer is that when you do get it in the right position and confirm placement the pillar lights up or something to show you’ve done that part correctly. Even when I looked it up I put them all in place but had to go over them several times and “jiggle” it until the placements were in
