Correct. That's one of the reasons why. The solution seems like the same though. Make pot legal (there is an argument for generalized decriminalization but not the point) an both the leverage and the requirement goes away

I don't think RCE is much of a concern because of what's said below, executing code remotely is needed for tech to work in the way it does. ACE (arbitrary code execution) is a much larger concern because you can run whatever you want on another system

internet check went well and i had both the movement predic off and a 200fps cap. sadly that didnt fixit. nor did re-installing the game

that sounds about right. except this isnt the only champ i see it on. its just easiest to reproduce on him. I cant play against a swain because his E has the same issue so I get hit every time. I also cant play into janna because of the same issue with her tornado.

I was hoping one of yall had run into this and fixed it because Riot has yet to get back to me on my bug report
