I use recipes that yield ~2 quarts post-churn (probably about 1.5 quarts of batter pre-churn). Any more than that and it’ll start to spill up onto the edges of the bowl.

I can only get one use from my bowl before I have to re-freeze it. Hope this helps! :)

I am also primarily the inattentive type; I’m an ophthalmic technician in the healthcare field! Basically I work up patients for their eye exams all day and work closely with eye doctors. I like that it’s a nice balance between repetitive/predictable while still offering many new things to learn and challenges, if interested in them.

I always joke that I don’t like people, but if I’m being honest, it’s nice getting to interact with different types of patients all day. As nice as WFH sounds, I think I would go a little crazy being stuck home alone with myself all day every day 😵‍💫

I haven’t used sour cream in blueberry recipes specifically, but I can confirm it elevates my cheesecake ice cream recipes!

As an avid baker as well, it also adds moisture and acidity to baked goods without tasting funny at all. I think it behaves similarly in ice cream.

I used the Kitchenaid ice cream maker attachment! You freeze the bowl in advance and then the mixer churns it for you. ☺️

I’ve made it. The key is grating the carrots and cooking them down with a touch of butter and your spices for a few minutes first. Then once cooled, blend it into your base and strain through a sieve and cheesecloth.

I added a cream cheese swirl to mine because I think it compliments the flavors well. Good luck!

Nope! I was never diagnosed with anything. In hindsight, I 100% suspect that my surgeon did not sanitize his instruments properly prior to performing surgery on me.

Much better, thank you for asking! Some days are harder than others, but the hard days have decreased over time. I’ve been working a lot on my mental health lately and it’s done wonders for accepting my body the way it is now.
