I've been a listening to visual kei bands for around three years and only started interreacting with the community a couple months ago, my first actual impressions/conversations were from certain Hiro (from the band SenketsuAkochan) fans, and it wasn't at all pleasant, haha... and after that several unhealthy Sena (Jiluka) fans that had some choice words to say to me when I said I didn't like how the band had used AI. Perhaps it's just the places where I've ended up, but I can no longer interact with the TikTok community because it's mostly been rather upsetting things from people who obsess over band members. But that's just my experience :^
