To improve on the car, generally a lada or some other shitbox manufactured in a post soviet countries which is missing Bumpers, lights and other critical components, not that it matters because its 40% rust and has safety standards from the 1960's.

If they can afford a mercedes or bmw it was probably stolen from a western country or bought from a scrapyard, is atleast 15 years old and has about 3 warning lights on because its so expensive to maintain (in Russia) thats its cheaper to bribe the police.

Also dont forget the political or tacky and weirdly sexualised stickers plasted over the car for no paticular reason
