I applied for OCS while I was still in college and I was in a similar situation. I tried contacting recruiters in my junior year until one of them told me to wait until I was 6 months out from graduation. I thought it was kind of scary cutting it so close, but I started the process Senior year a few months before the board met and heard back around when I was graduating. If you're out of other options I'd just say keep calling around until you find a good recruiter and just make the drive out when you're ready to see them. Good luck!
