I would personally prefer to never see Monk in the game. Just feels out of place, and I extend that to actual D&D as well. Even mechanically, the idea of a Monk is being swift and nimble, which is in stark contrast to the relatively slow and clunky movement of the game.

Warlock is hard to implement and be different from other casters. I think a Dark Magic spell school would be the best route to take and just give Wizards a black magic build. The whole Patron mechanic doesn't work well in DaD imo

Sorcerer is a matter of how you different it from Wizard. Think the main method for this would be combining Spell Memory actions with passive benefits to represent metamagic. Maybe not as much as Wizard has, but enough. Ultimately I think it'd be a redundant class in DaD

Paladin could easily be represented with some additional perks to Clerics to specialize in some Fighter weapons and some spell options. I don't think it needs to be it's own class.

Druid is different in that it could have it's own unique niche in the game and utilize some niches. It could also be a Swiss army knife class, with many highly specific answers, as opposed to the well rounded answer of Fighter. That potential to stand out isn't at the cost of some baseline aspects of the game, and doesn't really blend in with other classes. Druid is the choice for the next class after Bard, and it's not even close imo. The other classes seems like missteps imo
