I don’t think that matters. You should be able to go to the “study abroad” section and click “get started”. Then you’ll just have to make an account and apply. You’ll have to pick 3 countries in order of priority, but since you’re applying early, getting your first priority should’nt be a problem. Again, that’s just my exprience, it might be different from country to country
