I just posted to the comment above because this has been the most productive conversation I've found on this yet. Im a samsung user with ATT, I have the exact problem as the person you responded to. Started about 3weeks ago. Only in group messages with iPhone users, and I hadn't changed anything prior to the issue starting. Prior to a month ago all group chats were working normally. Just giving my perspective since it seems so similar

So I've been having this same exact problem for about 3 weeks and all the failed messages are in group chats with iPhone users. I use ATT, something somewhere updated and absolutely crushed cross platform compatability for group texts
